| Father in Heaven, I pray that our daughter and her friends would return to relationship with You and godly influences. I ask that they would reconcile with the body of Christ and become active again in corporate worship. Bring them to an awareness of their need, repentance, and communion with You as Lord of their lives, trusting You completely. In Jesus name. Amen.
Lord Almighty God, our daughter is Your child. May she know, experience and receive Your great love for her. Please bring her to a place of forgiveness toward those who have betrayed her trust, rejected her or hurt her. I pray that she would think the best of others. I pray that she would have a trusting, close relationship with her parents. Keep jealousy and envy far away from her. Please influence her to tell the truth even when it's difficult. May she hunger for intimacy with You and, in response, begin to read her Bible and pray regularly. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.
Our Father in Heaven, my mother has been suffering pain in her back on the left side and in her left leg. She has been to the doctors, but they have been unable to diagnose the problem. Also, she has been losing confidence in her ability to drive and accomplish simple tasks. She has very little energy and needs to have frequent rests. She also has an aneurism in her chest. If it is Your will, please give my mother the gift of health and independance. In Jesus' name. Amen.
Father In Heaven, as You know, my nephew was born with a leg that is smaller than the other one. This leg has recently been injured and the doctor is suggesting surgery. Please bring complete healing and may he continue to love and trust You through all of this. In Jesus' name. Amen.
Father in Heaven, my husband has not been able to make enough money for us to live on. This has put a great deal of stress on me to work two jobs. Please provide a great job for him, that he would still have time for his family, that he would enjoy, that would draw him closer to You, that would pay well and be according to Your will and timing, not mine, so only good would come of it. In Jesus' name. Amen.
Father in Heaven, as You know, in the past year, we have needed to re-shingle our roof, replace our furnace, fix the brakes on our van, fix both toilets. I had a minor car accident. This morning, my husband said that the dishwasher is leaking into the basement ceiling. When the Israelites left Egypt and traveled for 40 years, their sandals did not wear out. Please protect us and the things You have given us, so that no further damage would be done, O God. May we find favour with You. In Jesus' name.
